Impossible to join Apple Developer Program
I can’t believe how bad this software is: the full name is auto‑captured from my Australian driver’s licence and isn’t editable. Then it asks me to enter my first and last name again and generates an error saying they don’t match. There’s no way to edit the full name field or retry uploading the driver’s licence.

Absolutely terrible! Pages stretching no snapping together not a simple split screen. Absolutely shocking iPad iOS update. Never ever thought about it but I think I’d rather just go back to windows.

No worky
Installed to sign up for a developer account. App is buggy and entered a bad state, preventing me from doing so, even on a clean install. Support is so far incapable of solving the issue. :(

Demands update ; no update available
This app on my phone demands to be updated, links through to the App Store page, where there is no update but only an Open button which makes the app demand its update.

Don’t use the MacOS version to signup
Regrettably the MacOS version of this app is not up to the job of developer subscription signup. You are asked to use your legal name and to scan a government ID. If it mangles your name (which it will), you have no way to go back and rescan or anything. Also if you have a separate developer Apple ID from your personal one (which I would think the majority of developers would), the app forces you to Apple Pay with your personal account (unless you sign out of iCloud and have all your local iCloud syncs deleted…), you should be allowed a separate credit card for this, either linked to your developer account or entered directly. It is really unfortunate that this is the on-boarding flow. I am now sitting in limbo, waiting for Apple to get back to me about how to fix the information. Really unfortunate.
