Woollies Winner. 😊

I’m a regular and this App and its user interface is very, very easy to navigate, understand and use. The live location of your delivery and up to date information is excellent. 👌🏼Instructions via this App are followed to a tee for online orders and ‘Olive,’ the online chat bot is very efficient with damaged items and receiving a refund. 🤖 The whole process absolutely works perfectly. THANK YOU WOOLIES. 👍🏻😊🇦🇺

Cannot log in when Firefox Focus is default browser (says "Not found" after password). Presumably that means the login page contains trackers. Also, it is annoying that products are marked as unavailable and can't be added to cart just because they aren't available at the time you order even if they would be available at your pickup time eg next day. They should still be able to be added to cart if they've been in stock recently eg in last 24 hours. These problems mar an otherwise decent app.

Convenient

The app is greatly convenient but I would appreciate some streamlining! When searching for products I would like to filter for products that I’ve bought before. Woolworths response below amounts to lip service and is indicative of how they don’t listen to customers. Downgrading my stars. If there was a viable alternative in my area I’d go there instead!

Dark Mode

I’d like a dark mode to match the rest of my apps. The Woolworths app is very bright and white. A way to reorder/sort my lists (not the items within, the actual list of my shopping lists) would be good. I have a few!

The app itself is mostly fine but it used to show how much you have left to spend (in a pie chart looking thing) when you have a $ booster. I'm not sure why that was removed it is frustrating and time consuming having to manually work it out.

The map overlay of locations in the Vermont Melbourne store is wrong. It constantly shows product location pins outside the map. It is not the GPS on the device either as it shows my location correctly. There is an issue with overlaying product locations on the map. Edit: I've emailed your support team a bug report with all the required details and screenshots.
