App has never worked

Just bought a brand new washer but this app never worked with it. Constant synching, connection issues and always asking to login each. Most annoying and useless. Be careful buying products with this app feature as never worked. So upset as I bought the washer thinking this would be useful. Samsung don’t advertise your products can connect to wifi or apps when it doesn’t work.
