Squeezy

I an using the app on my samsung phone. I have it set to remind me when it's time for the exercises but it fails to do that. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it but still no difference.

Great app and it's been great using for the last 6 months or so. But I've recently changed devices and there's no way to transfer or extract your data from one to another (and there's no login which is great in principle, but does mean that's not a route for moving information across) - so I've lost all my past records and having to start again now.

Great value pelvic floor app

I’ve seen a women’s health physio before but found it hard to keep track of and motivated about exercises. This app is simple and really easy to use. Also love that it’s a one time only payment instead of subscription. Developed by the UK public heath authority NHS so reputable and value for money.

Deceptive title

The app claims to help monitor and identify issues with bladder / yet it resets everyday - how does that help identify patterns? It just doesn’t work.

Rock whiz

Hi I have been using this app for a couple of years now. Unfortunately I will never recover. But I’ve noticed a big difference from when I started. So Thank You it’s great app.

Squeeze now on watch

This app would be perfect if squeeze now was available on your smart watch. I don’t always have my phone with me when my watch notifies it’s time to squeeze with no option to squeeze now. Apple Watch seems perfect for this functionality.
