If you can't read Korean, don't use their service. Once you buy a coin, you will notice they force you to read on their app, which doesn't support translation. When you switch devices, they will instantly block you and tell you to contact the customer center. Once you contact them, they will ignore you, especially those from abroad. They are far from friendly to foreigners. Now, I'm more than doubting their legitimacy.

Got myself accused of illegal sharing and permanently banned WITHOUT even start reading anything. Looks like screenshotting the promotional details and app tutorials for google translation also count as suspicious in their standards. Their supports is also incredibly dismissive and unhelpful especially towards foreigners using the the app. No solution given whatsoever. Overall, extremely horrendous experience for potential foreign customers who want to support the originals.

I created a Naver account, and was all ready to purchase Naver Cookies 🍪 to read a series in my Browser / Online with Google Translate ... but apparently, you can only read it in the app & Not online. While JJWXC does let people read purchased chapters online. Unfortunately, there's no English option, and I don't speak Korean. Rating it 1 Star, because I don't like how you absolutely have to read it on the app, so the app itself is a problem... and I am very lucky I didn't purchase anything.

해외살면 쓰지마라

정말 뭣같이 만들어서 계속 로그아웃되고 니가 뭔데 내 개인정보는 달라고 그래. 한국인 전용 외국인 전용 따로 만들던가. 국민숫자도 줄어드는데 정말 차별 아닌 차별이야. 그리고 컴플레인 란 어디감 쓰기 너~무 불편해서 문의해도 답변도 없음. 돈은 돈대로 쓰고 대우 못 받는 느낌. 내가 너 때문에 보냐 작가들 때문에 보지. 작가들 마음대로 쓰게 좀 해라 그리고. 뭔 80년대 식으로 회빙환 쓰라고 단체로 주문했나. 빡쳐. 이러니까 대작 나오는게 어렵지. 아 그리고 쿠키 50개 사는게 100개 사는거보다 싸다.

왜 열람하려고 하면 아이디 에러가 나지요?

네이버 계정은 보호조치 되어있지 않은데, 웹소설 열람하려고 하니까 갑자기 아이디를 보호하고 있다고 고객센터로 문의하래요. 앱 지웠다가 다시깔고 로그인도 멀쩡히 했는데요. 쿠키도 아직 많이 쌓여있는데. 다른 네이버앱들은 사용할수있는데 시리즈앱만 아이디 보호중이라고 나오는 에러는 어떻게 해결하지요?
