Lost all silo and barn storage.

I was really enjoying this and participated in a seasonal event. I was up to level 20 and the seasonal event ended. App prompted me to restart app because the event was over. I closed the app then reopened it. All my storage in silo and barns were back to beginning level, there’s no Netflix icon in top right corner, I’m back to level 1 but still have all my crops and animals. What the? Disappointed!

LOVE TO THIS GAME NOW WON'T LOAD!👎👎👎

Thanks for creating a game and before fixing all of it, selling out, cashing in and selling it to Netflix without telling Netflix problems like oh I don't know getting to level 71 and no longer being able to play it AT ALL over the past 4 plus months now as I can't even load the damn thing and Netflix has no idea whatsoever how to fix it but it's a Netflix exclusive game? I've tried EVERYTHING but to no avail. Netflix don't give a damn as long as they're getting their monthly sub paid right? NO SUPPORT FOR ANY GAMES (this one created by Gamesloft) so I'd STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU DON'T DOWNLOAD ANY GAME BY NETFLIX AS I'VE LOOKED AT MANY OF THEM AND THEY ALL HAVE LOW RATINGS and we are all complaining about the same thing! It's a SCAM that people complaining yet it's got a 4.3 rating? I call BS! I loved being able to play a game, I was part of a community of other Netflix uses from around the world and I suddenly disappeared and was one of the highest levels out of people in the community so basically, thanks for nothing Netflix! Just STOP trying to pass off new games as your own when you've got NO STAFF that care or have any idea how to fix anything about them. if I could give this game a -5 stars for sheer disappointment and being passed off is just bothersome in Netflix to deal with, I would! Shame on you Netflix for offering games with no support and to Netflix's LOYAL CUSTOMER BASE, honestly, don't waste your time on ANY so called, 'Netflix exclusive game'as it appears to be enough areas method of one getting people to keep their subscription or two, if you do delete Netflix and not the game you'll still be charged for the complete subscription whether the game works or not so caveat emptor or in today's language, BUYER BEWARE! 👎👎👎

Glitch’s

Fun game easy to use, like it that you don’t have to buy in order to do things on the farm. BUT SUPER FRUSTRATING It glitch’s all the time, I did the recent update and now doesn’t let you into the community farm and has people in your farm that you didn’t invite or are even friends with. Have reported the problem but still not fixed

Keep losing my crops

The game started out great, but ever since I connected to the game from my uni wifi it started glitching out and all my crops in the community farm disappeared whenever I reloaded the game. So I would plant crops and then it would disappear because I had plants growing there already but it was invisible and it wouldn’t give me the plants back that the game planted on top of the old crops. Also I paid to extend my community farm twice and it deleted it and now I only have one row again and it didn’t give me my coins back. Edit; yet another glitch where it’s taking 4hours for my raspberry yogurt when it’s meant to take 15 mins and 1 hour for the burger that’s meant to take 10 mins
