Hayu: Reality TV Streaming

This is the worst, most glitchy app I have used ever. I never write reviews, but felt compelled to do so since this app is so bad. The only reason I still have it is because my wife wants content that she can't find anywhere else (the content is almost as bad as the app). My advise is to stay as far away from this app and it's content as possible.

I have used it for yrs and enjoyed it but I have paid for the last month and have spent the last month trying to get access to it. I have email after email to hayu support with no results. they have been sent screenshots of my bank charge as well as my hayu acct and yet nobody can figure out applying it. I go round and round with support not actually fixing the problem and now I've paid for something I can't use. I just want my hayu again

Terrible

I’ve used this app since 2022 and it is quite possibly the least reliable app I’ve ever used. It crashes, it has bugs, sometimes it stops working mid playback and the price keeps going up. The only reason I’m still using it is because it has shows you can’t watch elsewhere but majority can be found on Binge if you need an alternative.

Too glitchy

I love all of the shows, but this app has always glitched across every device I have it on. It seems to have gotten worse as now it always crashes my TV. It freezes when trying to switch between shows or episodes and I have to restart my whole device just to be able to watch something.

The worst constant bugs and glitches

I wish I could give 0 stars. I’ve been a subscriber for several years now because I love the content. The constant glitches, most of the time not being able to watch new episodes due to black screens, and only hearing and not seeing the episodes, error messages saying the content is unavailable or I need a plug in that I don’t actually need when I have no issues with any other platform…try to get help, good luck… does not work. I am more than fed up and finally not giving them yet another pass or chance when I’m a paying customer… Things are not improving, getting worse and worse.
