In Ultimate Detective Mode, everyone answers suggestions at the same time…but secretly!

Face your suspects in a direct interrogation as you rely on your skills of deduction to get to the truth. Experience the mystery, solve the murder and become a top-tier detective!

HOW TO PLAY CLUE/CLUEDO:
1. Three cards are dealt face-down and set aside – this is the solution to the crime!
2. Everyone is dealt three cards. These are automatically crossed off your clue sheet, as they can’t be part of the solution.
3. Roll the dice and move around the board.
4. When you enter a room, you can make a suggestion – select who you think the murderer is, what weapon they used and where the crime happened.
5. Other players will then aim to disprove your suggestion; if one of your suggestions matches a card in their hand, they show you that card to disprove it.
6. Use your clue sheet to keep track of which characters, weapons and rooms have been disproven.
7. Think you’ve figured it out? It’s time to make an accusation! Be careful though – if you’re right, you win, but if you are wrong, you’re out!

Unable to connect to online game

Yesterday I could connect to online game now I cannot and my wifi is running g perfectly something is wrong with the game sad cause I’m loving playing but if I cannot join ive brought this game for nothing very disappointed

Good but glitch

Love the game. Graphics are great. Good level of challenge. My only gripe is that after making a suggestion your character should remain in the same room and on the next turn you can choose to stay in the room or go elsewhere. However, I keep getting moved to a different room (not my choice) which means I have to make my way back across the board again every time.

Older, mass-market game with plenty of varnish

I’ve been playing games all my longish life, and Cluedo was and is a favourite: a “classic” if you will. There have been many good games since, and right now the hobby is booming (some of these are good mobile apps, too) yet it’s a pleasure to load this take on ye olde Cluedo. My only quibble is that (at least in the rules I’m used to) an accusation shouldn’t be allowed straight after a disproven suggestion… coupled with the modern (and optional) rule set the effect is to unfairly speed things up. But no matter: it’s a lovely adaptation and a steal for the asking price.

Great game, and no ads! It would be better though if you didn’t have to pay for most things. But it is so fun to investigate who did the murder in what room and with what!

Fun but room for improvement

I really enjoy the game, but there are some bugs and some areas for improvement: - bug 1 - when you win a game the clue sheet stays up and so you can’t choose the compare clue sheet option - bug 2 - black adder - suspect tasks do not work - improvement 1 - AI games are not realistic, the AI characters make accusations with characters that they hold or which have been revealed (clue cards) - improvement 2 - finding online games, rather than being assigned to a game it would be great if there was a list of games available to joint, then you could chose the game to enter based on the type of play (classic, ultimate detective or clue cards), the location and the number of players. - improvement 3 - provide points tallies to player profiles, online vs solo. Each game is provided a score, if these are collated then it could help players compete against others in the same country or world rankings - improvement 4 - import friends lists from socials to allow for friend play without codes
