This version includes the following: - Introducing improved support for tracking workouts from your non Apple wearables into Ladder. Now after you complete a workout you can import an existing workout from Apple Health, share a photo of proof of how many calories you burned or just manually enter your heart rate and calories burned. Finally one that works
I’m not a big fitness person, but I’ve spent plenty of time since high school going to gyms… this gives you a balanced and measured approach and makes you use the gym in a way you very very likely never would if you tried to go it your own way. And that’s a good thing. Three workouts in and mentally and physically, the change is worth it

The best training app in the world
Ladder is quite simply the best training app out there. They have a team that listens to community feedback, incredible qualified trainers who motivate you to be the best version of yourself. Think workout plans, community and nutrition tracking all in one app with the ability to customise audio coaching, swap exercises for recommended alternatives if you don’t have the equipment….. it really has it all. Team Forged member 👌🏻 Stronger not smaller.

I’ve been using Ladder for 4 weeks and I love the range of teams and workouts available. The workouts run smoothly with Spotify playing in the background and they automatically record through my Apple Watch. The coaching from Kelly in team Limitless has been fantastic and I feel really motivated to continue working out. I also find the app really flexible - you can do the workouts in any order, you can swap out exercises if you don’t have the right equipment, you can add in more sets or more rest, and there’s even flex workouts that can be accessed any time. The nutrition section of the app has also been helpful for tracking calories and macros. Overall I’m very happy with the app and with team Limitless.
