No water service
I don’t understand how providing water can be considered a cost burden for Jetstar. One staff member kindly gave me a cup of water, and for that, I would give her one star. Otherwise, I would rate this experience zero. This was a very disappointing flight to and from Japan. I understand that food is not included and drinks must be purchased, but what about basic water? On other airlines, staff regularly check if passengers need water. On this flight, it felt like even water was being withheld. Compared to other airlines, this level of service is unacceptable. How much can water really cost? Many passengers were clearly unhappy and frustrated after the flight. Jetstar should seriously reconsider the balance between cost-cutting and basic customer service. As it stands, I will try to avoid flying with Jetstar in the future.

Easy to navigate.
Wow, really impressed with this app. It’s easy to navigate through and everything is in the one spot. Even talking customer service is very easy and then having to ring up and make change a slight name change on my booking was also a success. Speaking to one of the agents on the phone she was very professional and polite and put me at ease especially considering my husband’s name was not spelt exactly the same as on his drivers license and passport. I can’t speak highly for this especially after hearing so many bad reviews. Thank you for a good experience so far 🫶🏻🫶🏻
