Description

Official Australian Government myGov app to use myGov on your mobile. The myGov app makes dealing with government simple and easy.

You can use this app to:
• securely sign in to myGov on your mobile with a myGov app PIN, Touch ID or Face ID
• easily view and manage your myGov Inbox messages
• quickly access your services
• store some government digital cards and certificates in the digital wallet.

You need a myGov account to set up the app. If you don’t have an account, create one on the myGov site, go to my.gov.au

Utter garbage. Doesn't load, just spins around for over an hour. keeps coming up with error messages. Just make a reliable, easy to use app instead of this rubbish.

What happened in the last update, can’t get into it to do anything now it just times out. At least it worked to some degree before the update. Now doesn’t work at all, like seriously, where do all the billions of tax dollars go to?

Unprofessional terrible software

The login mechanism fails with cryptic clues. Unfriendly help. In the comments we can’t even use apostrophe. Pity you can’t give zero stars. And to think this is government software, and the best government can do it is Very sad.

Can’t log in using my mygov details, can’t change my password successfully. Why retire the Medicare app before ensuring this was functional?

who the hell

whoever made this app has never stepped foot on earth before actually be serious. i just want to link my medicare card and i KNOW for sure when my last gp appointment was so don’t even try to trick me and say it wasn’t because i was the one there.
