The humanforce Classic app is being retired and replaced in 2025 by the new Humanforce Work app. The new app is now live and available to download on this page. Log in credentials are the same as in the Humanforce Classic app.

Humanforce Work is our newly enhanced mobile experience, covering all of your manager and employee roster and shift-driven needs.

The Humanforce Work app enables employees / end-users to:

• See your schedule including rosters, blackouts periods, leave and public holidays
• Clock in and out, view your timesheets and payslips
• Manage leave and availability
• Bid on and accept Shift Offers
• View and manage Notifications
• View Notice boards
• Update personal employment details

Work enables employers / Admins and managers to:

• Authorise timesheets
• Approve leave
• Manage attendance
• Offer shifts
· Share important notifications

In addition to the smart new features above, Humanforce Work provides enhanced performance, a beautifully redesigned user interface (UI), improved roster management and the ultimate place to stay on top of your work schedule. Before using Humanforce Work, please check with the Humanforce Administrator at your company whether this is the app they prefer you to use.

This release includes bug fixes and stability improvements. - Fixed: PDF attachments in Noticeboard posts now open correctly on iOS. Previously, tapping a PDF attachment would fail to open the file. - Improved: When SSO login fails, you'll now see a clearer error message explaining the issue and a reference ID you can share with your IT administrator for faster support.

I can't view the content, unless I have the smallest font. I prefer medium font for phone use, as I'm older and vision isn't 20/20. Having a larger size, the information disappears into ... and can't be recovered. Even clicking on " more" can't be viewed. Cannot be viewed in landscape mode, as this might help see missing information. Details do not flow to a second line, if they dont fit the screen.

The Human Force application is completely impractical and unreliable. It works only when it wants to, with no consistency at all. The number of errors is unacceptable, often creating serious problems with clocking in and out of work. Instead of simplifying processes, it causes frustration and unnecessary stress. Definitely not recommended. Score: -10.

It’s good

It’s confusing when I receive an email asking me to accept or decline a shift in the app and it’s grey and not blue. I want to accept or decline the shift in the app but I have to send an email anyway because I’m very confused.

Terrible

Half the time it doesn’t even open and I have to delete it and re download!! Terrible app which I would not use if I didn’t have to for work

Doesn’t update shift times with calendars

Had an issue multiple times, where my shift hours were updated. And it did not reflect in on the automated subscription calendars. Devs Please fix this issue so that all calendars would auto update to display correct times.

Good design, annoying bugs.

App is consistently freezing on the startup logo screen and only way to fix it is to delete the app and then reinstall and sign in again with my department, which is really tedious and annoying. Otherwise the app is good. Easy to use and nice design 😇
