Money grabbing game with lots of hackers hacking into high VIP account. If you report it they don’t do anything about it spit continues to happen. To many bullies and hackers in this game. Stay way.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I’ve read all the reviews on how this game has really bad customer service, that is a complete LIE. I’ve started playing this game for 3 months now, i really enjoyed it so i topped up about $400 AUD, then all of a sudden i couldn’t recieve what i bought, of course in the beginning i was really mad and confused so i decided to email the customer service. They responded really quickly and they were very polite. The issue was resolved in a matter of 2 days, which IMO was really fast for a game who caters for hundreds of thousands of players. QUICK TIP FOR FUTURE PLAYS:- do not recharge on more than 1 Apple ID or the same thing will happen to you. -Thanks so much KoramGames, i love this game and will continue to love it. To everyone reading this please download this game. Very worth your time.

So far so good

I’ve only experienced one issue in this game way back when I first started playing 2 years ago. A lot has been changed and fixed since then. Some problems sometimes is because of poor internet, dont blame the game everytime. Advice to some players getting stuck or lagging sometimes, try restarting the game or your phone.

Don't spend money on this game

I am a vip 12 character. I have spent thousands of dollars on this game only for the GM to merge servers and combine us with a server where players use illegal mods and bully other players. Our server is no longer fun and many people are quitting. Despite its intention of increasing gameplay it has done the opposite and the GM has done nothing to fix it. Either play free or choose another game. I certainty won't be recharging until thy address these issues.
