I have had a great experience with the app! I only wish they gave me a option to remove the meat products on all foods. my daughter is fussy with her food, wants to have nachos with just cheese but wont let me remove the meat off it. if this could be updated in the app this would be amazing 👏

Downloaded and signed up for the free burrito thought it might give me a chance to get back into GYG after past poor experience. App just kept glitching out, no free burrito showed up. full service 5g in the city. app just non stop loading. deleted.

Currently broken

I used to love this app but since the latest iOS update it is unusable - there is no way to progress to the payment screen. Please fix it so I can use the app again.

Until today was great. When I ordered it said 4-6 mins. When I arrived was about 100 people waiting. Waited 15mins. Tried to ask the customer service rep for a refund, but they cannot refund online orders. Had to leave, so now am out of pocket $23.

Worst drive thru service

Don’t buy in drive thru . Missing fillings , fork bot provide tissues and a long wait even with less people. Happens every time. Worst service ever

This is a useless and very frustrating app. why need to log in every time i want to buy and earn points??? when i keyed in my mobile number for 2FA, the app says something went wrong! please fix the bugs in your app, GYG!

Much worse than Uber Eats

Support reaction is 0. The restaurant refers you to the application. I did not receive a large part of my order, and my complaint on the app went nowhere—disappointment in the app and GYG.

Useless

If you book a specific time for pickup, hour in advance, why are you always late? Some people only get 30 minutes for lunch. Looking at you Collin’s Street Melbourne.
