made an account and was suspended less than 24 hours later. I didnt do anything. I didnt buy put anything to sell on the account. saying I should have received an email explaining why I was banned but theres no email! if I could give this app a 0 I would.

Scammed twice with no refund

They say there is buyer protection if the item is never sent by a scammer that disappears after you buy the item, or when a scammer sends a counterfeit item, however both of my disputes never got a response and my account was banned for no reason and I still haven’t been answered as to why. I have lost $100+ with hope to get it back considering the claims your policy states. I would not use depop if you want to risk this.

Horrible customer service in time of urgency

Essentially I created a new account on Depop via my Google account, the account sat around for a few months, two days ago I proceeded to post and sell items when getting ready to ship I figured I’d set up my bank account to get pay outs and saw I had to verify identity, this took me to the stripe security/verification browser and asked me to verify my identity against someone’s who I don’t recognise whatsoever and was based in Baltimore, USA (it also had their name and DOB)I’m in Australia. I have contacted Depop support 3 times now once last night and emailed twice today with no responses…. I am sitting with 6 items to ship not knowing if I should just refund the buyers and around $500 in owing to me on my Depop balance.

I love shopping on Depop and have found some fantastic secondhand designer items that I have had extra photos sent through and been authenticated on a third-party site. Can highly recommend if you’re looking for designer products slightly used at fantastic prices!

Love it everything but the fees

Love Depop I buy and sell but don’t understand why the fees are on postage - I have to pay for postage out of the charge so it seems stupid that I have to jack up the price just to break even!
