I've asked for over a year for my card to be sent to me. I must have requested at least 5 times both on the app and over the phone and these clowns can't send one lousy card. they're deliberately not doing it because I have money on my flybuys card that can only be used with a physical card. there's no other possible reason. unless it's actually possible that a whole organisation doesn't have the combined brainpower and organisational skills to send ONE CARD through the mail to the right address

Could be better

I like that I can collect points easily, and the app is ok. Redeeming flybuys dollars should be allowed for online shopping. And incentives should be based on total weekly shop, like Woolworths, not on a single shop.
