Easier to just pay by card at the machine. Nearly always issues whilst using app. 1st it said my registration wasn't recognised as was not a UK Plate, then it said payment wasn't authorised so parking wasn't paid for, used a different card which went through then once home it had charged both cards so I paid twice!

Cannot register an account unless you have a UK mobile number. Pretty stupid given that the UK does get a few tourists each year.

hustle paying to extend time

Adding time is a hustle

The app doesn’t allow me to add more time to the meter so I have to wait for it to expire to make a payment for another hour.

Can’t register with an OS phone number

Great idea, but...... It seems pointless, given the number of tourists in the UK, that you don’t accept an overseas mobile phone number when someone tries to register to use the service. The guy on the helpline just laughed and said no, you have to have a UK number. Other parking pay apps in the UK have accepted our OS number.
