This app is honestly a disgrace. I'm a completely tech literate 29 year old. How is an old person supposed to use this? Linking with myid is confusing and doesn't work how they describe. Absolutely disgraceful. Haven't been able to log in at all. Shame on you

This is a good app. But and there is a massive BUT. The log in process is ridiculous why do you have to go back and forth between the my id app to log in. Why is it not a simple log into the service wa app. Press link to link the my id. Over with. It is linked. Should then be as simple as log in each time to the service wa app only. Not this back and forward ping pong confusion of going between 2 apps entering codes. KISS Keep. It. Simple. Stupid.

Absolute rubbish App

This app is a joke. My daughter has to log her driving hours in it as a learner driver to satisfy the log book hours. It constantly fails to record the time - at best works 50% of the time.
