unusable setup. enter name and dob so many times it hurts. if ID linked to another email you're forced to reset app and start again. support is just someone telling you they have to escalate and put you in a 14 day queue. when advise about app frustrations told thats just how it is. doubt any feedback makes it past "customer service" to actually improve things.

Unless unless live in W.A. it’s absolutely useless, you upload your Medicare, Centrelink, drivers license, proof of address, birth certificate, and all because I don’t have a passport I can’t reach the strength, but if ur in WA your license is strong enough to get you verified(according to the helpline). What a waste of time
