Terrible app. The website says you can update your details, but the app shows no option to change name, update documents, or remove anything. Every time I try to add my licence the app crashes and logs me out. Very confusing and unreliable for a government identity app.

I have never gone in circles so much on MyID, all I want to do is change details, it keeps sending me the HOW TO it's telling me to sign in to MyID am I going mental because to get to the info I had already signed into MyID. I hate this app I can't use the ATO sev as it has not been advised I have a very strong ID I need to go onto the ATO WS I even rang the ATO. They said use your MyID. ahhhhhh seriously. ATO couldn't even udt my details bcus they don't have my Marriage certificate ref No. 🫪🫪

Stuck at account creation

It says to enter the passcode sent to your email, but nothing is sent. So I click ‘resend code’ and still nothing in my inbox. I can’t even create my account, so how am I supposed to set up my RAM?! My business info cannot be managed online!

It is too awful for words.

It is too awful for words. But every time I'm FORCED to use it I'm reminded. Today's beef they updated it (prob. do that every day) and instead of updating as I leave / I cannot proceed till I download the likely valueless update. AARRGGH. AND then the website timed me out while waiting.
