Love the list option

I am a pensioner so money is always tight. I can make a list of what I need, check the total cost then add to it for my extras. It has made my budget setting so much easier. I also make lists of ingredients for particular recipes then I never forget an item.

Used to be good but …

I’ve used the Coles app for years, always for in-store shopping and found it to be really useful. But over the last year or two it has been getting so bloated and slow and the functionally is getting less useful for my needs. My major gripes are: no longer having aisle number - just the food group (eg. pantry); sponsored products prioritised in the search; refresh of estimated price total after every change; radio buttons so small I keep jumping into the product rather than selecting it; convoluted process to change store; often won’t find items unless spelt exactly right or using same terminology; sooooo many items specified as coles brand which makes alphabetical listing useless; page jumps in list when selecting/deselecting items; but my biggest complaint is that it is just too slow. I will admit my iphone is not a recent model but I recently factory reset it and all other apps work fine. I’m now looking for a generic shopping list app as a replacement.

Used Coles app for quite a while and it worked quite well but I don't like the idea of a profile of my data being collected and sent to a non transparent tyrannical AI surveillance company so I am no longer going to be shopping at Coles

Dark Mode and Favourites

I’d love to see a dark mode to match my other apps. Also, I’d like a proper Favourites feature - similar to the Woolies app. And a way to reorder my lists (not the items within, the actual list of my lists. I have a few)
