App stopped syncing health data in April. All necessary permissions to Health Connect are provided. I tried updating the app, logging off, recalling permissions and even deleting the app - nothing seems to work. Wellbeing from Quantas is working, same with all other health apps, but not this one. And this is not the only issue.Biometrics (fingerprint scanner) seems to turn on when I already opened the app, entered PIN and started browsing the app. Do not recommend.This was nice until it lasted.

Don’t bother with the challenges

It is more of a challenge to actually sync your data. I’ve logged a 21 km run but it did not sync. How difficult is it for the app to sync with the health app and then take all the data from the start date of the challenge.

Does not sync

This app sucks - it’s just stops syncing during challenges. I’ve deleted and re-installed it twice already and am still having problems with it syncing with Apple health

Cancel appointments and given wrong prescription

It is the third time I book an appointment and it got cancelled for reasons that are ridiculous. I requested an appointment to solve an issue they created with a prescribed drug that is no longer available and got cancelled. The other time it happened the same after I requested a change in the wrong medication they gave me. It is not easy to book an appointment and it is frustrating that they decide to cancel them at their own discretion.

So far very frustrated, at first I struggled to log on, then to verify my account, then to redeem the new balance prize, totally crashed on a very hot day in Melbourne, can't sync any new challenges and now it won't let me log on again!

Don't waste your time

Can't get past the constant section to upload the data. I hope Bupa are asking for a refund

doesn't let me login. It says to verify my identity in mybupa which I did and then nothing. Again the quality of a Bupa is embarrassing. Instead of spending big dollars on advertisement maybe spend more on your IT.

Bupa claims to offer 24/7 telehealth via the Blua app, but my experience was frustrating. Despite being told I had 3 sessions, I couldn't find a booking option anywhere in the app during the weekend. When I used the online assistant, it claimed I wasn't eligible, offering only Mon–Fri business hour calls instead. The website information is misleading, and the app is confusing and lacks the advertised functionality. A very poor and disappointing experience when I needed care.
