Hungry Jack’s Deals & Ordering

upgraded review (previously 2* has made technical improvements). worth some inconvenience for in app deals. shake'n'win rarely grants a freebie, prize range is limited & basic. not much benefit for regulars; only coffee purchases accumulate points, vouchers are sparsely available. cut off ordering 30 mins before close, no alert if 24hr location is closed during a system reset. doesn't always update location. auto-fill doesn't work for log-in and uses captcha to check human status.

Errors. shake and win just comes up with errors. have updated the app to the latest but makes no difference. how hard is it to have an app that works?

a shocking app, its been broken for weeks. requiring a storage clear and sign in to get shake and win working again.

I genuinely hate this app. Too many times I've gone to the effort of customising my order (e.g., changing the milk in my coffee to lactose free), only for the app to change/undo my order at some point during the checkout process, either undoing my customisation or changing what I've ordered altogether to a different base meal. The app also tends to delete your entire cart if you've had to exit the app to make a bank transfer before finalising the order and regularly freezes when paying by PayPal
